    Our home inspections cover all major systems, including the roof, exterior, interior, foundation, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. We also check insulation, ventilation, and built-in appliances to give you a complete picture of your home’s condition.

  • Do I need to be present during the home inspection?

    It’s always best if you can attend the inspection, but it’s not required. If you live out of town or can’t make it, we offer video chat or phone call options. You’ll also receive a detailed, web-based inspection report with photos and notes so you won’t miss anything.

  • How long does a home inspection take?

    Most inspections take 2 to 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. Larger or multi-unit properties may take longer to ensure every area is inspected thoroughly.

  • What specialty services do you provide?

    In addition to standard home inspections, we offer several specialty services, including sewer scope, radon testing, air quality, mold testing, septic, well, termite, and drone roof imaging. You can book these as stand-alone services or bundle them for a discount.
